Stefanie Rokosz is an experienced healthcare litigator representing hospitals, doctors and nurses across a wide range of professional negligence matters related to long term care and nursing home facilities, wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. Stefanie has deep experience conducting investigative interviews and skillfully deposing witnesses.

As a litigator with a broad range of skills, Stefanie is highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her meticulous attention to detail, knowledgeable and professional investigatory style and comprehensive and superior work product. Highly attentive to each client’s individual matter, Stefanie is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome. In addition to Stefanie’s representation of the healthcare providers at Trinitas, RWJ Barnabas, Cornerstone Behavioral Health Hospital, and Saint Clare’s Health System, she has also represented various public entities in matters involving Title 59 defenses and immunities, Law Against Discrimination, and personal injury claims.

Stefanie was drawn to healthcare law even before entering law school. A passionate attorney who enjoys the fast paced and ever-changing aspects of healthcare law, she brings a laser-sharp focus and enthusiastic attentiveness to her clients’ needs and concerns.

Stefanie is an active member of the Health Care Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and sits on various committees at Trinitas Regional Medical Center Health Foundation including the “Peace of Mind Campaign” focused on fundraising for one of the largest behavioral health programs in New Jersey. Stefanie is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and Women @NJPAC (New Jersey Performing Arts Center).
